Tudor Bodice

This is a project I did as independent study through my degree my second-to-last quarter there. She's an embroidered pewter silk doublet style bodice lined with champagne mulberry silk. I hand-pearled the sleeves myself (it took about 250 of the things), and did I mention they're detachable?? You can button them on or off via a hidden placket beneath the sleeve cap wings for a night-to-day transition. The adorable reproduction pewter acorn buttons are worth mentioning, too.
